Candy's Kitchen_Friday Dinner(170709)
Asam鱼
红枣鱼 1条
已调好的Asam酱料 2茶匙
水 1杯
糖 2茶匙
番茄 2粒 (分成六块)
羊角豆 3根
茄子 1条
姜 - 少许 (切丝)
* 记得先把鱼蒸5分钟,然后把鱼的腥水倒掉后再放进锅蒸,蒸熟后才加上已准备好的调味料
原本打算弄潮州蒸,但老公说鱼的腥味很重,所以就改做Asam蒸。因为last minute换蒸法,所以没有准备到老公最爱吃的羊角豆和我最爱吃的茄子
生抽王包菜
包菜 1小粒 (供两人用)
蒜 - 少许 生抽 - 3至4 汤匙
耗油 - 少许
非常简单是吧!
