Since after I married, I even no time to do exercise..(no time=good excuse). Even though my apartment got a big size of swimming pool, I guess I was swim there not more than 5 times.
Really have to do some exercise..because I felt burden with my body (I really get FAT already). SO...I went to jogging this evening...at 1st really not easy for me..because I did not jogging for few years ago. Sure tomorrow my muscle will feel pain...
I set a target for myself, at least go jogging or others exercise once a week...I have to "KEEP FIT"
